Ever wondered how your drinking water is treated, or what happens to your wastewater after you flush the loo or take a shower? 

We regularly host  public open days so you can see what happens at our treatment plants.  

Tours run between 9am and 3pm and usually take just over an hour. We limit the tour groups to 10 people. You’ll need a reasonable level of fitness, as some of the tours involve stairs and uneven surfaces.
